ICMC was established in 2004 and is owned by its Director, Helen Spillards, who has over 13 years’ hands on case management experience.
In 2007 we successfully closed 60% of our cases, 33% are still ongoing (see 2007-2008 statistics).
Approximately 46% from claimant solicitors, 42% of our referrals are from Insurers, 7% from defendant solicitors, and 5% coming directly from employers.

We use a holistic team approach to rehabilitation to ensure you always have a known point of contact within the organisation to ensure continuity.
We adhere to the rehabilitation Code of Best Practice, have an open, and honest approach to case managed rehabilitation, if we do not think we are going to be able to help a client, we will inform you of our reasons.
All our Case Managers have many years experience in clinical settings as well as being highly trained in all aspects of Case Management, which include return to work.
