ICMC is an independent rehabilitation case management company that specialises in both medical and vocational aspects of an individual’s recovery.
We offer a unique approach to the market as we have an excellent understanding of the commercial requirements of our clients, as well as the rehabilitation needs of the injured people we deal with on a daily basis. We are totally transparent with our processes to ensure all parties involved are aware of what is happening, and this assists greatly in achieving the desired outcomes.
In order to ensure continuity, ICMC staff operates as a team so that our clients are always able to discuss individual cases with any member of staff. We also use a unique software package enabling client’s access to the cases we are handling on their behalf.
We have our own panel of tried and tested providers and aim to arrange all treatments for injured parties as close as we are able to where they live.
All our Case Managers are experienced health professionals and members of CMSUK and the VRA. ICMC adhere to their standards, and also those of the UKRC, and the Rehabilitation Code of Best Practice. ICMC is also a member of BARC.
